COLOR SAVVY

NCIC CapitalFund recently closed a $500,000 loan and joined a group of institutional equity investors in rounding out the financing needs of Color Savvy Systems. NCIC CapitalFund provided this follow-on financing after a syndicate of venture capital funds provided the first phase of capital.

Alpha Capital Partners, Blue Chip Venture Company, Fostoria Financial Corporation, and the Miami Valley Venture Fund closed on their portion of the transaction earlier in the year. This marks the second time that NCIC CapitalFund joins Alpha, Blue Chip, and the Miami Valley Venture Fund in an investment opportunity.

Color Savvy is a seven year old company that develops and markets products for color reproduction applications. Color savvy offers both, trade marked, hardware and software products to primarily the desktop publishing industry.
